Kudos to Ron, customer service rep, who has bee so great and his customer service is just awesome. Its my first time purchasing an evening gown online for such an important event (My daughter's sweet 15) and was diligent in making sure the process was easy. Just by giving Ron my measurements, he told me which size would have the best fit, placed the order on thursday and received it on tuesday. Picture does not do justice to the elegant dress, it is much more than I expected and true to his word, the dress fit like a glove! Formal Dress Shops is lucky to have Ron and of course it was my first time ordering but will not be the last!!!!

This dress is very beautiful. It is much brighter when i received it, which was very very fast, than in the picture. I need to make a couple adjustments because it was a little long, i'm 5'4", and the top was a bit too big. It was overall very nice. Also, the shall that came with it was a transluscent white yard long material, just to hold if you wanted to. Shipping-excellent!
