How fast do you ship after an order is received? Within 24 hours, most of the time the same day. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, as those are the days our carriers are operating. 

How does the Free shipping code work? Only residents of the continental U.S. may use our free (ground) shipping coupon code "fdsship". You must type it into the 1st page of the checkout. When typed in, you will not be able to see faster shipping options.

Where do you ship from? Sku numbers starting with "FDS" are shipped from Los Angeles, Ca. Sku numbers starting with "Jovani" & "Terani" are shipped from New York, Ny.

How long does it take to receive an item? It is based on your location & the shipping method you choose. Continental U.S. residents click on this link for FedEx Ground Map (Put in zip code 90035 for shipments from Los Angeles, & 10018 for shipments from New York). Not fast enough? We also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping 2-3 days (average) for the entire U.S. & it’s territories. In addition we also have guaranteed overnight, 2^nd day, & 3 day shipping with FedEx, to the continental U.S.

We also ship internationally worldwide, with the United States Postal Service. There are two methods: 1.USPS Express Mail International which takes 3-5 business days to your country and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item. 2.USPS Priority Mail International, which takes 6-10 business days to your country and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item. In some cases customs may charge you taxes / duty fees. It is based on your country's import laws & we have no control over it.

I ordered the wrong size, how can I exchange my dress? Please email us with your order # & let us know what size you need. Please don't call as it is important for us to email you with the correct procedures to exchange.

I have enough money on my credit card, but why is my cc not going through? Your billing address must match the one on your card, the same address your bill comes to. If you have corrected this & still have problems processing the order, please call your financial institution. International customers, please use PayPal upon checkout.

Are your dresses/items ready made, in stock or custom orders? We have all dresses/items in stock, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We do not do custom orders or alterations.

My measurements fit two different sizes, which size do I go by? In general it is better to go bigger than smaller, choose a size up. It is easier for your seamstress to take in, rather than out.

I got my product & I love it, I want to leave a review. How do I do that? Thanks, please go to the bottom of the product page & you can leave a review there as long as you are logged in.
